New England Trail South- a 2.6 mile out-and-back hike with 850 vertical feet to the highest point in Farmington, with excellent views to the south and east. There is also a 2.2 mile extension over Pinnacle Rock to a former Nike Missile base. Trailhead Location

New England Trail Middle- -  a 4.5 mile lollipop hike with 1,150 vertical feet across the Metacomet Ridge which has good views to the west. The sweet spot of the lollipop is a loop around some of the great trails at the Hill-Stead. Trailhead Location
